Goods are covered by guarantees that cannot be excluded.
Major failure (unsafe, not as described, unfit for purpose, etc.) → you may choose repair, replacement, or refund.
Minor issues → repair or replacement at our discretion.
Return postage for major failure items will be covered by us.
Change of Mind Returns (Voluntary):
▪ Return within 30 days, unused, and in original packaging.
▪ Store credit or exchange only (no refunds).
▪ Return shipping is your responsibility.
Condition of Returned Items:
▪ Items must be in resalable condition — unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
▪ If the item or its packaging is damaged, we may not be able to accept the return.
Other Conditions:
▪ Proof of purchase required.
▪ Some items may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons.
▪ Processing time: 5–10 business days. Refunds may take longer depending on your bank.
