Returns & Remedies Policy (In line with Australian Consumer Law)
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). This policy is in addition to, and does not limit, your consumer rights under the ACL.

Returns Process for a Faulty Item

"Change of Mind" Returns
As a gesture of goodwill, we offer a voluntary "change of mind" returns policy for most items.
