Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are an estimate and are based on business days, commencing from the time your order is shipped.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

As the retailer, we are responsible for ensuring your order is delivered to you in a safe and timely manner.

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at sales@dttool.com.au. Please provide your order number and, in the case of a damaged item, include photos of the packaging and the product.

We will lodge a formal inquiry with the courier and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, which may involve sending a replacement or issuing a refund.

Returns & Refunds Policy
This policy outlines your rights and our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), as well as our voluntary "change of mind" returns policy.
Your Rights Under the Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
What is a major failure?
A major failure is when the product:

Has a problem that would have stopped a reasonable person from buying it.

Is unsafe.

Is substantially unfit for its common purpose.

Is significantly different from the description or demonstration model.
Returns Process for a Faulty or Damaged Item
If you believe a product you have purchased from us is faulty, damaged, or does not meet a consumer guarantee, please follow these steps:

Provide a detailed description of the issue and attach any supporting photos or a video.

We will assess the claim in line with our obligations under the ACL.

If the issue is minor, we will offer a repair or replacement at our discretion. If the issue is major, you have the right to choose between a full refund or a replacement.

We will cover the cost of return postage for any items deemed to have a major failure or that do not meet a consumer guarantee. We will provide you with a return shipping label.
"Change of Mind" Returns
We understand that sometimes a product may not be what you expected. As a gesture of goodwill, we offer a "change of mind" return policy, which is separate from your ACL rights.

You may return most new, unused items in their original, undamaged packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Condition of Returned Items: The item must be in a resalable condition. If the item or its packaging is damaged, we may not be able to accept the return.

Outcome: We will offer a store credit or an exchange for your item. We do not offer refunds for "change of mind" returns.

Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping for "change of mind" returns is your responsibility.
Proof of Purchase
All returns and warranty claims must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email or a tax invoice.
Condition of Returned Items:
▪ Items must be in resalable condition — unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
▪ If the item or its packaging is damaged, we may not be able to accept the return.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may be excluded from our "change of mind" policy for hygiene or safety reasons. These will be clearly marked on the product page as non-returnable.
Processing Time
Please allow 5-10 business days for us to process your return after we have received it. If a refund is being issued, the funds may take additional time to appear on your account statement depending on your bank.
