Order Processing

▪ All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1-3 business days of being placed.

▪ Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

▪ Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the total weight and dimensions of your order.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are an estimate and are based on business days, commencing from the time your order is shipped.

▪ Sydney Metro & NSW: 2-5 business days

▪ Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide Metro: 3-6 business days

▪ Perth & Hobart Metro: 5-7 business days

▪ Rural & Regional Areas: 5-10 business days

Goods are covered by guarantees that cannot be excluded.
Major failure (unsafe, not as described, unfit for purpose, etc.) → you may choose repair, replacement, or refund.
Minor issues → repair or replacement at our discretion.
Return postage for major failure items will be covered by us.

Change of Mind Returns (Voluntary):

▪ Return within 30 days, unused, and in original packaging.

▪ Store credit or exchange only (no refunds).

▪ Return shipping is your responsibility.

Condition of Returned Items:

▪ Items must be in resalable condition — unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

▪ If the item or its packaging is damaged, we may not be able to accept the return.
